The Centennial Gala is a milestone event dedicated to honoring our rich history while looking forward to our bright future. We invite all members, past members, friends, and neighbors to share in this historic night of reflection, elegant dining, and community celebration.

•Seared Filet with Sauteed Mushrooms, Whipped Potatoes and Asparagus•
•Pan Seared Salmon with Asparagus Shiitake Hash•
• Vegetable Wellington with Quinoa, Chickpea, and Roasted Vegetables •

Entrée Selection will be asked at the time of reservation.
If no selection is made, Seared Filet will be the default choice.
