Edgewater Greek Fest 2026 Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for volunteering to help make St. Andrew's Edgewater Greek Fest 2026 a success! Our festival depends on the dedication and generosity of our parish volunteers, and we are grateful for your time and support.

Volunteer Eligibility
All festival volunteers must be members of St. Andrew's Greek Orthodox Church.

Volunteer Schedule
Sign-ups are available for:

• Friday, July 10 – Festival Preparation Day

• Saturday, July 11 – Festival Day

• Sunday, July 12 – Festival Day

Festival hours are 12:00 PM–10:00 PM. Volunteers scheduled for the first shift are asked to arrive at 10:30 AM to assist with setup. Volunteers scheduled for the final shift are asked to remain until approximately 10:30 PM to assist with cleanup. All volunteers working during the festival on Saturday and Sunday should check in at the Raffle Booth upon arrival to receive their volunteer name badge and festival T-shirt.

Important Food Safety Requirements for Food, Loukoumades, and Pastry Volunteers

To comply with food safety guidelines, please:

• Wear closed-toe shoes.

• Tie back long hair or wear a hair net.

• Wear a hat (not provided, so please bring one from home).

• Avoid sleeveless shirts while working in food service areas.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before putting on gloves.

• Change gloves any time you leave your assigned booth or work area.
